NON-HUNTERS/OBSERVERS ARE ACCOMMODATED AT $150 PER DAY PER PERSON | |

A 50% Deposit of package price is required to confirm the hunt. The balance is due
at arrival. All additional costs are to be settled in full on
conclusion of the safari, before departure. All trophy fees are exempt from VAT, provided that they are exported to the hunter's country of origin There will be no refunds on cancellations unless the safari can be rebooked for 2013, or the cancellation is done more than four months in advance A written contract will be concluded before the commencement of the safari, stating all costs. | |
