Cape Grysbok

A Delicate and Discreet Antelope

The Cape Grysbok, a small and enchanting antelope, calls the Western Cape of South Africa its home.

These shy and delicate creatures are characterized by their reddish-brown to grayish-brown fur, dainty size, and subtle white markings. Cape Grysboks typically stand at about 50-60 cm tall at the shoulder and weigh around 10-20 kg.

Their natural habitat consists of coastal shrublands and dense vegetation, where they use their secretive nature and excellent camouflage to avoid predators.

Cape Grysboks are primarily browsers, feeding on a variety of shrubs and plants.
